Registration and certificates buried
Hospitals check your State Nursing Council registration and BLS or ACLS validity first. Put the registration number and expiry dates at the top, not on page two.
No unit, bed count or ratio
“Provided patient care” fits every nurse. Say the unit and its size, for example a 20-bed ICU at a 1:2 nurse ratio, and the equipment you handled.
Textbook duties
Replace lines copied from the syllabus with procedures you do often and any results, such as no medication errors for a year or the audits your ward passed.
